Corporate services for companies building in Hong Kong and Asia.
Incorporation, company secretary, accounting, tax and bank-account support — delivered by one licensed team, in English, Russian and Chinese.
A licensed Hong Kong firm founded by professionals from banking and finance.
Native Group Limited holds a TCSP licence from the Companies Registry of Hong Kong. Our team brings more than 15 years of Hong Kong experience in finance and company formation.
We work with founders, international SMEs and multinational groups — from Europe, the Gulf, Asia and the CIS — setting up their structures correctly, keeping them compliant, and getting them through the banking process that stops most newcomers. The firm was founded by a team from the financial services industry who believe that good corporate work is done together: with the client, with the bank, and with the right partners.
We measure ourselves by our clients’ results, and we bring passion, care and integrity to every engagement.
We invest our time, expertise and network in each client’s growth — long after the company is incorporated.
Regulation, banking and markets change. We change with them, so our clients stay ahead rather than catch up.

The licences most providers send you elsewhere for.
Applications for regulated activities are decided on people, systems and evidence — not on forms. We hold a Trust or Company Service Provider licence ourselves and are supervised by the Companies Registry, so we build these files to the standard we are inspected against.

Four things go wrong with corporate services providers. Here is our answer to each.
These are the complaints clients of this industry make most often. We would rather put our position on them in writing than wait to be asked.
Disappearing once the invoice is paid
The common pattern: attentive until you sign, then unanswered emails and nobody who can resolve anything.
What we do instead. You have a named person from the first conversation, and it is the same person after onboarding. Complex matters are handled by the people who scoped them, not passed to a queue.
A headline price that is not the price
The common pattern: an attractive figure that excludes the registered office, the government fees, or the filings that make the company lawful.
What we do instead. We quote per case, and the quote states what is included, what is billed separately and what the government charges on top. If something falls outside the scope, you hear about it before the work starts, not on the invoice.
Statutory deadlines missed by the provider
The common pattern: a penalty from the Companies Registry or the Inland Revenue caused by the provider’s delay, and passed to the client anyway.
What we do instead. Your annual return, business registration renewal, audit and tax filing dates sit in a calendar we run, and you are reminded ahead of them. Where a filing is ours to make and we are late with it, we say so immediately and we carry the cost.
A billing dispute with nobody who can decide
The common pattern: a support queue that can apologise but cannot make a decision, which turns a small service failure into a lost relationship.
What we do instead. Anything about a fee reaches a principal of the firm, who can decide it. We are a close-knit team; there is no layer between you and the person with the authority to fix it.
